Based on our unique bed-packing technique and spherical media, PerkinElmer SPE Columns are evenly and consistently filled with particles sized for optimum distribution, delivering a level of performance unattainable with the irregularly shaped silica used in competitive solutions.

Precision and manufacturing tolerances of +/- 1% ensure guaranteed repeatability and optimized recovery reproducibility. Sample diffusion through the spherical media is better than in other systems, improving flow efficiency and avoiding clogging. This enables smaller sample sizes to be used without compromising recovery levels, dramatically reducing solvent volumes, analytical costs and processing times.

Ideal for a broad array of analytes and matrices, and available in formats including Large Reservoir Capacity (LRC), Polypropylene (PP), 96-well plate, and glass.
